During installation and commissioning, all necessary operational instructions and technical training are provided by our company’s technicians to the operator designated by the purchaser, ensuring proper and safe use of the equipment.

The After-Sales Service Department supports all supplied equipment using genuine spare parts and certified, trained technicians throughout the warranty period and beyond. All equipment supplied by our company includes a 12-month or 1,200 operating hours warranty, along with 10 years of after-sales service, which covers:

• Free supply of all spare parts and services during the warranty period.
• Provision of spare parts and technical services during the 10-year post-warranty period at minimal cost.
• On-site service support in the event of equipment malfunction.
